"My passion for cooking has lasted more than 30 years. 15 of these years I spent in The Middle East working in some of the most high-class hotels. This incredible period of time gave me some idea of the using of herbs and spices.
Today in Seurahuone, I would like to invite you to take a small adventure to this world. I have taken the liberty to develop some combinations with the best of Finnish ingredients and the pampering, warm spices. I am introducing the East to the North. I hope you will find the same excitement enjoying the food as I do – preparing it."
